Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a practice to relieve pain and stimulate the body to heal itself.

Research shows that acupuncture is effective in reducing low back pain, chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, headaches, and stress urinary incontinence. During a session, an acupuncturist stimulates a specific place on the skin called an acupoint. Some insurances cover acupuncture treatments. Both individual and group sessions will be offered.
